We had Mark and his team do our wedding and they were absolutely amazing!  Everything from the pictures to the meetings.  We had Mark do our engagement session, wedding, and we also had the photo booth.  Mark was great to work with and made everything so easy for me.  It was one vendor that I knew I didn't have to worry about.  We had a great time at our engagement session and our amazing pictures were sent to us very quick!  The day of the wedding, Mark came to my house while I was getting ready and jumped right in.  He started having fun with the bridesmaids and made the day a little bit more fun!  While we were on our honeymoon we were able to get a little taste of some of the pictures and they were beyond our expectations!  The pictures he took were just amazing!  We were getting compliments about  our photographer saying what a great guy he was and what an awesome photographer.  He was always there, but never pushy, demanding, intrusive, or in the way.  He would be at the center of attention without being known.  I still have no clue how he got some of the pictures that he did!!  Mark, Brook, and AJ were just absolutely a dream to work with!  I know I will be hiring them in the future!  I have a lot of friends and family getting married and I have been very pushy to have them use Mark and his team.  I just know they are a great group to work with and that no other photographers around even compare to the quality and the passion that Mark and his team posses!  Thank you r3mg for making my wedding so wonderful!  This won't be the last time you hear from me!  :)

I ordered this as a gift in a variety of purple colors ranging from lilac to eggplant, and it was gloriously purple! Brooke helped me to personalize this with a quote and the date of a graduation. The recipient Loved this gift!!! It was perfect for her! The print itself was of a remarkable quality, and when framed, looked better than retail prints. I couldn't be happier. (Or brag more!) This arrived yesterday and it was packaged beautifully! It was attached to cardboard by photo corners, in a huge black envelope (so cute!) which was wrapped in brown paper with twine, then wrapped in bubble wrap before being put into a USPS envelope. Nothing has ever gone through the USPS and come out so perfect. and the adorable Chevron "thank you" note was icing on the customer-service cake. Thanks for doing an amazing job, Brooke!!!

A friend recommended Mark Randazzo to me when I was looking for a last-minute events photographer for the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago. Mark did an incredible job. Its taken me far too long to write this, but we used r3 after getting a groupon-like offer (Gleeday) for a photo shoot.  Brooke worked with me on numerous scheduling conflicts and was very accommodating.  The session itself was scheduled on a rainy day and we somehow caught the one hour that the sun briefly came out.  From our pictures, it looks like it was the perfect fall day.  I can't say enough how happy I was with the results.  Mark did a fabulous job capturing the moments and the digital work between then and delivery was outstanding.  I will definitely be rescheduling next year when its time for pix again.  Thanks!

We took advantage of an Amazon Local offer to get our photos taken for an hour.  We didn't know the photographer, but with the deal we had little to lose.  Mark was our photographer and the good humor and patience he had with my camera-shy, overly-energetic kids was truly impressive.  He talked us into a few posed shots but mostly took candids at our request.  There are several wonderful photos in what he sent us.

We wanted to embed some of the photos in our holiday newsletter, so we bought the DVD to get everything he took.  The cover of the DVD is beautiful!  They put one of the photos on the cover, wrapping the image around to the back.  It's a print on the hard copy of the case, not just a piece of paper stuck into a CD case.

Overall: Good results from a guy who knew what he was doing and brought a lot of fun to the session.  My husband and I would certainly recommend them - this is only the second time I've ever felt strongly enough to write a Yelp review.

I can not say enough good things about Mark and the team. I shared the experience with the other reviewer (Steve) and I have to add further support in his comments about how great their whole team is.  Brooke was quick to respond to my emails and knew exactly who to forward me to and gave great advice. Mark was a great listener and really knew what he was doing and knew how to tailor his vision to our personalities.

Post-wedding, I can honestly say that my family/friends had a wonderful time working with Mark. He was incredibly patient with my loud, obnoxious and demanding friends (I say this in the good way. What friends aren't loud and annoying?) A.J was the second photographer and I just have to say, if anyone knew how to take a candid photo, it was A.J. The only times I saw him were AFTER he already snapped the shots. This was perfect for my family since I didn't want too many posed shots and that is all my family knew how to do when they saw a camera. 

We've already seen some of the photos on the R3mg facebook page and EVERYONE is impressed. We can't wait to see the rest and to do a "Trash the Dress" shoot in a few months. 

ONLY ONE NEGATIVE- Mark didn't bring any business cards! So many people were asking about him but he made good on his word and made himself available via facebook. No doubt he will be getting a lot of business from our guests.

Mark at R3mg saved us when our unimpressive photographer flat out canceled on us.  Now, this review is not going to do Mark enough justice for how amazing he is.  He showed us a bunch of his portfolios, which were incredible, and we had to wrestle it out of him (he's not one to toot his own horn) but he's also had photos on the cover of a few wedding magazines.  After getting to know him a bit, he scheduled us for an engagement photo session so that we could really figure out if we liked his work.  Our experience with him was completely different than the one with our previous photographer.  He was always checking his lighting, positioning a wireless flash, used a few different lenses, and was not posing us but getting us naturally.  He spent about 3 hours with us on a hot Sunday morning walking all over taking photos.  AND THIS WAS BEFORE WE EVEN HIRED HIM!!  He edited and posted 20 of the photos by that afternoon and the rest we saw about 4 days later.  I don't think there was a single photo we didn't like. Needless to say, we are definitely booking him to shoot our wedding, and I would recommend him to anybody and everybody.

I used r3 Multimedia for invitations for an event for work. Not only did the invitations look better than I could have ever imagined, but Brooke and her company put the invitations, reply cards, and envelopes together for me. Talk about great service! I looked around at several other printing options, and r3 had the lowest prices for the most amount of service (printing, assembly, delivery, etc). Additionally, they put a lot of time and effort into my invitations, making several adjustments for me and with a very keen attention to detail. I can't thank them enough and I know our guests will be very impressed with these invitations. Doing business with r3 was easy, quick, and competent, and I look forward to using them in the future.

My sisters and I used r3mg last year for Christmas pictures as a gift to our parents and I also had them design a Holiday card for my son and I. There's 3 of us girls and my son (who's 6) so getting pictures that we all REALLY like is really hard to do! I LOVED that the photographer captured us in our daily lives throughout the shoot and didn't have us sitting in front of a white or gray sheet posing; it just isn't natural! The ones that were taken of my son and I were the best pictures of the two of us thus far! Being a parent you're always looking at professional pictures of other children and wishing you could have your look like that too and r3 captured that for me! THe goofiness my son and I share together an the hugs and kisses in the pictures were just outstanding! The Holiday card displayed all of my pictures with my son throughout the shoot and they're the most AMAZING pictures yet! I can't wait to use them again this year and continue on a new tradition with r3mg!!!!

I want to express my gratitude for the superb photography done by r3mg. I wouldn't have even had the creativity to imagine some of the pictures taken let alone actually doing it! When I look at my family pictures it always brings a smile to my face, not only are they beautiful pictures but also inspired!
