Throughout the last few years, one of my most favorite requests is to hide a symbol into the design of an invitation. The couple know it is there and some guests *might* see it, if they scrutinize it, but for the most part, it’s just for the couple. Thus far, we have put in: the Batman symbol (two different invitations), the Purdue P, and Darth Vader’s helmet. Yup, you heard that right.

Below are those three invitations. See if you can find the hidden design. I’ll even make it easier for you by giving you the design you’re looking for in each. First three pictures: You find them. Last three pictures: I circled them for you.

Click on the photos to see a larger version of them.

In the comments, let us know how you did. Were you able to see them before you saw the answers?

Invitation #1 – Purdue P
Sam and Chris met at Purdue and are loyal alums. We included the Purdue P in here twice. We also have a photo of their wedding rings on the top of Purdue Gnomes’ pointy hats. It’s one of my faves.

Invitation #2 – The Square Chandelier
Michelle has a thing for Darth Vader. My geekiness had to support that by putting a Darth Vader helmet into this chandelier. Thankfully, Shanta was a loving soon-to-be-wife and let us do it.

Invitation #3 – The Ribbon Chandelier
This is the second invitation we’ve done with the Batman logo in it. We originally put it into a design for my beautiful cousin, Jenny and her husband Jason. This is our most recent version, for Andrea and Mike. There are two in here, well-hidden, and in a symmetrical layout.
