Millennials – it’s a new buzzword being tossed around all types of discussion for business, teaching, marketing, advertising and more. Thursday morning, I had the privilege of moderating a roundtable discussion for the West Suburban Women Entrepreneurs. When I volunteered for this task, I had no idea what I was getting myself into.
But I’m so glad I did!
So, what is a Millennial? The Millennial Generation is made of those born *roughly* between 1982 and 2000. This year, they are starting to turn 30 and most are establishing themselves in the workplace, in life and in the world. There are many research papers, studies, blog entries and more about the Millennials. For the last 5 weeks, I’ve been delving myself into learning all that I can. While my kids were doing homework, I was researching Millennials. One blog entry is not enough time to chat about everything. Thus, we’ll take it slow and for now, where are the infographics and main points from the presentation.
